FAQ

What does the QuickBooks sync actually do?

Invoices and carrier bills you create in QRC show up in QuickBooks Online automatically, entered once. QRC never edits your books. Connect your own QuickBooks company in Settings; no middleware, no CSV exports.

Why do you need a card to start the trial?

So there's no interruption if you stay. You get the full product for 30 days and can cancel anytime in that window and pay nothing.

Can I bring my customers and carriers over?

Yes. Export them from your current TMS and import the file straight into QRC: customers, carriers, and shippers, CSV or Excel, no retyping.

How long does setup take?

Same day. Create your brokerage, invite your agents, connect QuickBooks, and you're dispatching. No implementation fees, no required onboarding calls.

Do you charge per user or per office?

Neither. $99 covers your whole brokerage: every agent, every office, everything included.

Can my agents see my margins?

Your whole book, no. Reports is owner-only: brokerage-wide revenue, margin, and your top customers and carriers. Agents do see the spread on the loads they run, a live profit percentage on the load and a profit column on their own monthly sheet. Managers see the same for their office. Accounting sees every load and the billing side, but not Reports.

Who answers support?

The small team that builds QRC. Email support@qrcdispatch.com and the people who wrote the product answer, usually same day.
